Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is RECHE Suministros Industriales y Tornillería, S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B-91602250 and registered address at Polígono Industrial Los Palillos, C/ Palillos Uno, Nave 7 — 41500 Alcalá de Guadaíra (Sevilla), Spain. 2. What data do we process and where does it come from?

We process the data you provide to us yourself:

  • Website contact forms: name, email, phone, postcode and the content of your enquiry.
  • Online store opening notification form: your email address.
  • In-store prize draw form (when active): ticket number, email and phone; and, if you indicate that you work for a company, its Tax ID and name (required) and your job title (optional).

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out automated profiling with legal effects.

3. For what purpose and on what legal basis?

  • Handling enquiries sent through the contact forms. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the enquiry.
  • Online store opening notification: emailing you when the service becomes available. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Managing your participation in the prize draw (validating the ticket, holding the draw and contacting the winner). Legal basis: the performance of the relationship arising from your participation, which you request by completing the form. This data is necessary in order to take part.
  • Sending commercial communications (offers and news by email/SMS). Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking a separate, voluntary box. You may withdraw it at any time.

4. How long do we keep your data?

  • Enquiries: for as long as necessary to handle them.
  • Store notification and marketing: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
  • Prize draw: for as long as necessary to manage it and handle any claims, and thereafter in accordance with the applicable statutory periods.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on technology providers acting as data processors (for example, our web hosting provider and, where applicable, Google as provider of the forms and spreadsheets used to collect prize draw entries), which process the data following our instructions and under the corresponding contract. Some of these providers may carry out international data transfers, covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the regulations (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. What are your rights?

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to reche@suministrosreche.es and indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security and updates

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or service changes; the version in force will always be the one published here.
